BitBranding SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the BitBranding text messaging program, provided by BitBranding, 550 South Watters Road, Suite 271, Allen, TX 75013, US.
1. Program name and description
Program name: BitBranding. When you opt in, BitBranding may send you text messages about:
- Webinar reminders (for example, reminders before a live training you registered for)
- Event updates (schedule changes, join links and replay availability)
- Strategy-session scheduling (booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling)
- Marketing messages (offers and updates about BitBranding programs and services)
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and entering your mobile number on a BitBranding form, such as a webinar registration page. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform).
