Background
This Is My House Dress was founded by a talented designer with a strong Instagram following and a clear creative vision. While the brand resonated visually, online sales were inconsistent and the business lacked structure.
Challenges
The founder struggled to convert social media followers into paying customers and did not have the systems needed to scale an ecommerce business.
Our Approach
She joined the Optimized Store Owner Program and completed a Website VIP Day. We migrated the site from Squarespace to Shopify, implemented upsell and cross-sell tools, and built a consistent Meta ads funnel to convert traffic into sales.

We rebuilt the website on Shopify with conversion-focused tools, added upsell and cross-sell functionality, and created a reliable paid traffic system that turned attention into revenue.
Results
By December 2025, the founder was able to quit her job and work on the brand full-time. What started as a creative side project became a stable and sustainable ecommerce business.
