Background

MADAPE was a long-standing brick-and-mortar motocross retailer known for selling established brands in-store. The owners decided to launch their own product line and sell online for the first time.

Challenges

They had no prior experience running their own products online and were hesitant to invest in paid advertising or sell to customers outside of their local market.

Our Approach

MADAPE joined the Optimized Store Owner Program and completed a Website VIP build from scratch. This was not a redesign. We built the entire Shopify store from the ground up, including theme selection, apps, layouts, and product setup. We then guided them through paid ads, email strategy, and ongoing optimization.

Key Improvements

We built a complete Shopify store from zero, implemented strong ad structure and email marketing, helped overcome hesitation around online advertising, and leveraged high-quality products with strong repeat purchase behavior.

Results

The brand launched with $2,000 to $3,000 in June, grew to $15,000 in July, reached $30,000 in August, and now consistently generates $20,000 to $30,000 per month. In six months, MADAPE turned a new online venture into a sustainable revenue channel.
