Little Rad Things
Background
Little Rad Things is a children’s clothing brand run by a mom working full-time while fulfilling orders out of her garage. She built the brand organically using her own kids as models and created strong brand resonance.
Challenges
Before joining us, she worked with an agency that pushed heavy ad spend without a focus on profitability. This led to debt, stress, and constant micromanagement of Meta ads. Conversion rates hovered around 1.6 to 1.7 percent.
Our Approach
She joined the Optimized Store Owner Program in the spring of 2025. We focused on fundamentals, profitability, and structure instead of reckless ad spend. Within three weeks, we significantly improved site performance and business stability.
Key Improvements
We increased the conversion rate from approximately 1.6 percent to over 3 percent, shifted the brand away from constant ad management, built a profitable growth structure, and began planning for third-party logistics, product bundling, and average order value growth.
Results
The brand is now profitable, paying down debt, and approaching the point where the founder can leave her full-time job. Little Rad Things transitioned from survival mode to scaling with intention and control.
