Background

Brisket Supply is a Connecticut-based brand that originally found success through in-person events such as pop-up shops, holiday fairs, and local markets. When they joined us in October 2024, their online store was on Squarespace and monthly revenue typically ranged from $5,000 to $10,000, with most sales happening offline.

Challenges

The brand struggled to scale online and did not have a clearly defined hero product. Inventory and fulfillment were also major constraints since the business was a one-person operation and highly seasonal, with peak demand in the fall, winter, and early spring.

Our Approach

Brisket Supply joined our Optimized Store Owner Program and completed a Website VIP Day. During the VIP Day, we migrated the site from Squarespace to Shopify, redesigned the website for conversions, implemented gifting functionality, and helped identify their hero product. We also refined their content strategy, secured a third-party logistics partner, and launched paid advertising once inventory and fulfillment were stabilized.

We migrated the brand to Shopify with a conversion-optimized website, identified and scaled a clear hero product, added gifting options to increase average order value, secured a 3PL partner to remove operational bottlenecks, and built an ad and content strategy aligned with seasonality.

Results


The brand grew from early online sales of $5,000 to $10,000 per month to $70,000 to $80,000 in September, over $200,000 in October, more than $300,000 in November, and approximately $370,000 to $400,000 in a 30-day span in December. Brisket Supply scaled from a small seasonal brand into a high six-figure monthly business.
