Background
As the brand continued to grow, they were looking for a way to generate more user-generated content (UGC), increase customer acquisition, and build a community of passionate advocates around their products.
Rather than relying solely on traditional advertising, we introduced an ambassador program designed to attract highly engaged customers who would not only purchase products but also create content that could be leveraged across future marketing campaigns.
Challenges
Before launching the ambassador program, the brand faced several common growth challenges. We developed and launched a streamlined ambassador recruitment campaign using Meta Ads.
The messaging was intentionally simple and focused on a single offer: "Ambassadors Wanted – Apply Now."
Creative assets included:
- Two founder-led videos explaining the brand, ambassador opportunity, and benefits
- Five simple graphics featuring existing UGC and customers wearing the products
- Two product-focused graphics highlighting non-apparel items
Applicants were invited to join the ambassador program, receive exclusive discounts and commission opportunities, and become part of the brand's growing community.
Rather than overcomplicating the campaign, we focused on authentic founder-led messaging combined with straightforward creative assets that clearly communicated the opportunity.
