We had been in contact with Unicorn Tribe for over a year just answering questions about the industry and giving advice when needed. They decided an internal team was not the best use of their time or resources and wanted to use an agency like ours to help them fill gaps with their acquisition costs and be able to scale while giving time back to the owners.

Unicorn Tribe had a great customer base, so we knew that getting them to come back, but when you are trying to grow revenue you need a strategy for acquiring new customers. We leveraged Facebook and Instagram ads and focused on high quality content that would target the Facebook + Instagram audiences we were going after. We made sure the site was extremely fast, that we offered an amazing deal for a limited time, and that there was a ton of deep stock of the product. We chose a product that had a high margin (jeans) and could be sold year round.
